Originals vs Prints: Which Should You Buy?

Texture, price, editions and gifts — when to invest in a one-of-one canvas and when a framed print is the smarter pick.

Originals vs Prints: Which Should You Buy?

Originals and prints both start at our easels, but they serve different walls. An original canvas carries visible brushwork, layered texture, and exactly one owner — you. A framed print delivers the same composition at a friendlier price, in an edition you can place in several rooms.

Buy the original when you want a one-of-one statement with investment value and signed provenance. Choose prints for hallways, rentals, gifts, and gallery walls where a set of smaller frames tells the story together.

Whichever you pick, hover any painting in our shop to preview it framed on a wall — the same artwork, shown at home before it ships.
